Responsibilities Support all aspects of the evolution of the Intelligence Community Enterprise Architecture, to include technical assessments and technical requirements analysis, as well as future capability needs (near and long-term) to drive the design and integration of the IT Enterprise. Assist with developing, integrating, and maintaining the Intelligence Community Enterprise. Support the promotion of sharing and reusing IT applications and solutions. Support strategic design guidance of a collaborative sharing services program Coordinate boards and other technical working groups. Support all aspects of the current and planned future state of the Core user capabilities: Analytics, Collaboration, Enabling Services, and Search and Discovery. Assist with engaging with mission users and translating their requirements into detailed technical solutions. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems or Information Technology desired) At least 10, prefereably 15 years experience working with largescale transformation programs in government or industry, especially with respect to the federal government and the IC in particular Understanding of information technology functions and services supporting the IC and the missions of its respective agencies Familiarization/experience with enterprise computing and enterprise class commercial technologies Deep functional understanding and hands-on implementation experience with large scale enterprise solutions, including specific expertise in at least one of the following areas: E2E business processes of B2R, H2R, A2R, and P2P or common enterprise IT solutions: Cloud, IdAM, Desktop deployments, networks and Enterprise search Demonstrated ability to identify, assess and devise strategies to resolve issues, obstacles and conflicts to executing enterprise scale systems and solutions Expert knowledge of and skill in applying program management techniques, developing new methods, procedures and approaches to resolving complex issues; ability to present clear and convincing information to enable timely decision making; ability to handle complex relationships with government personnel and support staffs; ability to organize and facilitate working groups tasked to conduct critical problem analysis and resolution; and ability to direct and guide subordinates Working knowledge of the technological components and services required for solution implementations Demonstrated leadership experience in implementing enterprise technology, especially in collaborative environments, to resolve complex technical issues Experience in supporting and coordinating across senior-level organizations Ability to represent senior management in key meetings, processes, and other assignments, to include briefing responsibilities to groups of any size Superior oral and written communications skills Experience collaborating with diverse IC stakeholders to drive consensus and forward progress Position requires active TS/SCI with Poly level clearance #LI-CH1
