Our Sales Associates assist in running all "front of house" fitness studio operations. The Ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, proven sales experience, and warm and friendly demeanor. Sales Associates are responsible for meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators for the fitness studio, including package offerings, memberships, membership renewals, retail and maximizing workout traffic, and maintaining premium customer service levels. Job Description & Responsibilities Excellent communication and customer service skills. Holds sales experience and demonstrates strong sales skills. Establishes and maintains an effective referral program. Able to multi-task in a busy and fast-paced environment. Possesses functional computer skills. Welcomes members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly positive entrance into the OTF studio. Responsible for attending and participating in all relative OTF training programs. Responds immediately and professionally to member requests, inquiries and concerns.
