This position is Part-Time. Provides basic Tier I support to end users on a variety of computers and associated networks issues. Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support. Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution. Configures personal computers, printers, and various peripherals in accordance with well established procedures and guidelines. This is an entry level IT support position which will work under the supervision of CTI's Network Engineer. Basic IT skills like assembling computer workstations and installing and performing basic configuration of software are required. Ability to follow instructions. Maintain no less than a "B" average on all academic courses required Perform duties in accordance with company policies. Take a proactive approach to continuous improvement including productivity, quality, safety and shop environment. Ability to work well with others. Ability to communicate effectively, written and verbal. Performing other duties as required. Requirements: US Citizenship Ability to obtain Secret Clearance Drive light trucks and vans for local courier tasks Able to lift and carry at least 30 lbs. regularly This position supports a US Government contract; per the Executive Order 14042 issued on September 9, 2021, personnel must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to fill this role.
