Analyzes and reports fiscal variances while developing an effective corrective action plan for all fiscal variances.*Manages clinical nursing practice and patient care delivery through the planning and implementation of programs/processes that support optimal care outcomes.*Ensures patient care compliance with professional regulatory/government standards of care. Evaluates staff on practice delivery and initiates education as needed.
