Habitat America, LLC is a fast growing property management company primarily based in the Prince Georges and Montgomery County area. A Bus Driver (approximately 24-30 hours per week) is needed for a senior apartment communities in the PG and Montgomery County, Maryland area! Work hours will be M-F from 9 am - 3:30 pm, however hours will vary based on scheduled trips with occasional evening and weekend hours.The residents appreciate the service and you will get a chance to know the clients personally. This is a low pressure position and major responsibilities include transporting residents safely to and from outings and scheduled trips. Similar experience is preferred but not required.Job Requirements:* Applicants must have a good driving record and valid driver's license* Must be willing to have flexible hours* Must possess a patient and cheerful demeanor with residents and team members* Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs* Prior van driving experience is preferred but not required (CDL license is not required)EOE.
