Responsibilities Schedule all pick-up and delivery appointments for assigned accounts so they comply with legal hours and miles regulations. Provide excellent customer service to carriers, customers, and team members while analyzing the most efficient way to make deliveries Work closely with team members on escalated customer service issues while gathering all information for each load.
