Position Summary The George Washington University Medical Faculty Associates, an independent non-profit academic clinical practice group affiliated with The George Washington University, seeks BC/BE internal medicine physicians for full-time positions on our primary care staff in the Department of Medicine's Division of General Internal Medicine in a collaborative, team-based community practice with clinical and administrative support. Duties include providing direct patient care in an outpatient setting with opportunities to engage in population management and quality/safety activities. These positions lie within the clinical focus of our Division and do not have assigned academic duties; supervising medical students on clerkship rotations, with accompanying faculty appointment, is optional. Competitive salary and benefits. Basic Qualifications: Applicants must be Board certified/board eligible in Internal Medicine and licensed in Virginia at the time of appointment. Applicants must have a record of providing outstanding primary care as demonstrated by experience and/or references. At least two years of relevant healthcare experience preferred.
