Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Sr. Principal Electronic Warfare Systems Engineer to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals at our Linthicum/Baltimore, MD campus. As part of Northrop Grumman's Electronic Warfare Systems Engineering organization, the qualified candidate will have the opportunity to develop solutions for our customer's most difficult technical challenges. This team is responsible for supporting the development of highly adaptive, software defined, hardware enabled systems across a variety of domains. Candidates must be self-motivated systems thinkers that can work as part of a multidisciplinary engineering team. This position will allow for participation throughout the systems engineering process. Typical Electronic Warfare Systems Engineers work on multiple tasks including, but not limited to: System concept development Candidate technology trade studies Requirements development and derivation Algorithm development Performance analysis Data Analysis Support of firmware, software and hardware integration and test Continue to develop your technical career with a leader in next generation sensor technology. Experience with MATLAB or equivalent software tools Previous experience with radar waveforms, Electronic Support (ES), and/or Electronic Attack (EA) Preferred Qualifications: DoD Top Secret Clearance Experience with digital signal processing Salary Range: 119784 - 179676 Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
