Systems Engineer - TAK Job Category: Engineering Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: None Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 25% Type of Travel: Local CACI is seeking a TAK Systems Engineer who will be responsible for supporting the testing, deployment, administration and operation of the Team Awareness Kit (TAK) System. They will provide engineering and technical support to troubleshoot and correct any issues and provide administration of TAK in coordination with the customer Cloud Team. What You'll Get to Do: Establish and maintain Operational TAK servers in coordination with end users to include system administration, maintenance, and support based on the specifications provided, as required. Establish and maintain the Training TAK server in coordination with end users and Program Office to include system administration, maintenance, and support based on the specifications provided, as required. Provide server maintenance and troubleshooting to resolve critical incidents with operational servers, as required. Implement data management and devices' command and control within constraints of devices and fielded HW/SW systems to support operational requirements. Provide Engineering and Operations & Maintenance support of customer Land Mobile Radio and Tactical communications architecture and subscriber equipment. You'll Bring These Qualifications: The ability to Obtain a DHS Suitability Clearance - High Risk Rating Experience in the design and implementation of LAN/WAN networks, Wireless networks, budget analysis, capacity planning, interface analysis, network optimization, Subnet and zoning support. Analyzes functional business requirements and design specifications for functional activities. Responsible for understanding the needs of the customers and the realities of commercially available IT products, and creating requirements that will allow implementation using COTS products designated by the architecture and engineering team.
