KBR is seeking a Senior Program/Project/Management Analyst to join our Team to provide program management, acquisition, engineering, integration and sustainment planning to the F/A-18 A/F and the EA-18G Program in Patuxent River, MD. Role and Responsibilities: Provides critical program analysis and interpretation of technical data to Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs). Participates in meetings and collect, complete, organize, and interpret technical data. Specific tasking will include but is not limited to: Works closely with the Product Support Manager (PSM) and Assistant Program Manager, Logistics (APML) to coordinate, manage, organize, and drive Sustainment actions/plans/activities Drafts documents for PSM/APML review/approval, ensuring proper format, grammar, spelling, etc. Briefs White papers Weekly Accomplishment Reports Responds to data calls Assigns, responds/submits data call responses Monitors tasks and actions across the Logistics/Product Support team supporting PMA-265 Work with PSM and APML to deconflict schedules, work plans, etc. Functional Description: Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapons/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management. Basic Qualifications: Master's Degree plus ten years of combined experience performing duties described above. Allowable Substitution(s): Bachelor's degree plus two years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description may be substituted for a Master's degree OR Associate's degree plus four years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description may be substituted for a Master's degree. OR Six years of additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description may be substituted for a Master's degree. Must exhibit well-developed verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to assess, apply, and recommend improvements to established business processes. Must have the ability to balance priorities in order to work effectively in the fast-paced program office environment. Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word; Excel; PowerPoint; Project & Outlook). Must be a self-starter and be able to co-lead meetings and capture actions items and meeting minutes. An active SECRET clearance is required. Desired Experience: Five years of experience supporting NAVAIR. Preferred Skills : General knowledge of NAVAIR policies, procedures, terminology, and requirements. Contract requirements will prevail.
