Adventist HealthCare Primary and Specialty Care Practice Group seeks to hire an experienced Director, Physician Practice Operations who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.

As a Director, Physician Practice Operations you will:
•Manag thee daily operation of the multi-specialty practice organization, and policies and procedures, including implementation of access policies, schedule templates, quality programs, financial performance and patient care experience processes
•Supervise managers and staff, including recruitment, evaluations, delegation of staffing hours, coverage plans, training and education of staff, oversight of staff in compliance with all government and regulatory agencies
•Optimize EMR capability to facilitate practice effectiveness and implementation of advanced technical workflows that optimize value and integration and interoperability
•Manage revenue cycle operations for all practices, including scheduling/registration, charge capture/posting, A/R oversight
•Involvement with organizational leadership in designing and implementing the Population Health's primary care marketing plan

The specific areas of responsibility include:
•The AMG primary care practice partnership (7 practices currently)
•The AMG specialty care practices (Physiatry, Cardiovascular, Surgery, Urology ID, GYN, Orthopedics)
•The practices' interface with the One Health Quality Alliance, AHC's Clinically Integrated Network

Qualifications Include:
•Minimum of a Master's degree in health care administration, business administration, or health administration
•Minimum ten years executive-level experience including seven years of experience in the administration of a health care organization
