Fulltime Position (Base + Commission)Location - Remote position w/limited travel to Illinois 2-3 times a year IT Associates, Inc., a boutique IT Staffing / Recruiting firm located in the Chicago area is looking to add Two remote-based Senior Technical Recruiters to join our growing team. Our client dedicated teams are on the cutting edge of recruiting, delivering quality IT candidates for Contract, Contract-to-Hire and Direct Hire positions across the country for our Direct Clients and VMS Programs. Our Sales and Recruiting teams are supported with all the necessary tools and technology to foster collaboration and ensure both client and employee satisfaction.What we offer:Remote / Work from home - minimal travel to Illinois a couple times a year for company outings.Nationwide client base, collaborative team environment, results driven vs. metrics driven, supports professional development, embraces creative thinking and ideas.Competitive compensation structure that includes a base salary with an uncapped commission plan.Additional benefits that include health and dental insurance, PTO and retirement plan."Work Happy / Play Happy" company culture.As an IT Recruiter, you will:Partner with Sales and Hiring Managers to understand the requirements of each client and each vacancy to carry out the recruitment process according to their needs.Develop and apply an in-depth knowledge of the job specifications to include experience, skills, and behavioral competencies needed for success in each role.Demonstrate the ability to develop candidate pipelines through candidate sourcing, reviewing qualifications and resumes of potential candidates, and conducting initial candidate interviews (phone and video) to determine overall fit.Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure candidates are prepared for client interviews.Responsible for extending offers, providing compensation negotiations, and facilitating the placement of candidates to start the hiring process.Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports through all phases of the recruitment process while working within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other HRIS tools.Maintain a close relationship with candidates after the hiring process is complete.Occasionally working in collaboration with the Sales Team in the development of new client business/relationships.Ideally, you will:Possess a minimum of 5+ years of full life cycle sourcing and recruiting experience focused on direct client related positions and/or positions through high-volume VMS programs.As a Recruiter, focus on sourcing and recruiting for Software Developers, Architects, System Engineers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and other IT related positions.Collaborate and operate well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Adhere to a strong work ethic with a sense of commitment and the ability to communicate confidently in person, over the phone and online.Be knowledgeable working with various ATS or CRM Systems like Bullhorn or similar.The ability to source top IT talent through sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, social media, Boolean search, and other sourcing methods.Demonstrate strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook - or similar Office Suite experience).Hold a Bachelor's degree or have relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
