Customers-and their patients-are at the heart of what we do.Our mission is to empower our customers to advance healthcare, and our success starts with our teammates.Owens & Minor Teammate Benefits IncludeMedical, dental, and vision insurance, available on first working day401(k), eligibility after 30 days of employmentEmployee stock purchase planTuition reimbursementDevelopment opportunities to grow your career with a global companyJob Summary Works with Director of Real Estate, consultants, vendors, contractors and relevant Owens & Minor teams (Treasury, Finance, Corporate & Field Operations, Risk Management, etc.) to manage real estate assets, facility projects, space design & construction projects, mail & print fulfillment operations, and security system vendors.Core Responsibilities Real estate asset management for leased & owned propertiesWork with real estate service providers on site selection, lease negotiations, lease administration, construction projects, subleases, relocations, and portfolio management.Oversees and manages security system contractors & projects. Liaises with IT on security system matters.Prepares facility, real estate, construction, and security expense analysis and capital budgets for field operations team. Develops and meets annual budget goals (tenant improvement projects, remodels, CapEx projects, etc.). Tracks facilities related spend, providing updates and cost saving initiatives to Corporate Real Estate leadership.Tracks and reports to relevant stakeholders (Operations, corporate teams, external agencies, etc.) on real estate, facilities, and security systems.Manages facilities projects and infrastructure upgrades (lighting, HVAC, generators, landlord required maintenance, etc.).Establishes national/regional contracts for facility maintenance, mail and fulfillment operations.Manages company/facilities contractors relationships (dedicated, in-house, external contractors, brokers, etc.). Manages Corporate facilities in-house and outsourced teams, overseeing facilities upkeep, mail center operations, furniture moves/adds/changes, space planning and security.Supports Distribution Centers and subsidiaries on facility-related issues. Provides guidance to field facilities teams.Qualifying Experience Bachelor's Degree, preferably in related field (Real Estate, , Engineering, , Business, etc.)5 to 9 or more years of related experience (corporate real estate, commercial facilities, etc.)1 or more years of relevant supervisory/management experienceOr any combination of education and experience to meet the above requirementsProficient in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook) & data reporting tools - ie: Power BI, Tableau, etc.If you feel this opportunity could be the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply.Owens & Minor is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
