Job Description:Growing medical staffing - Government Contracting Company (minority/woman-owned) in Bowie, MD seeks individual who has worked as a Government Corporate Project Manager for small to medium-sized organizations. The selected individual will have had experience in managing a multitude of government contracts, field staff, interact with contracting officers, be engaged with HR in staff interviews, salary controls, and employee relations. Project Manager has direct involvement in the successful maintenance of the contract (from an administrative off site platform), client relations, fill rates in tandem with HR, and profit & loss responsibility. Skills include the following: strong business writing, Excel - spreadsheet knowledge, P&L background and understanding, and exceptional follow up skills. Strong time management and organizational skills a must. Project Managing *Manage GOVERNMENTcontracts.*Overall marketing strategy and execution of plans for the existing services.*Managing contract staff.*Point of contact and interface with assigned contracts.*Ensure effective communication with corporate and field staff.*Work in partnership with the Director of Operations managing employees. Administration*Interacts efficiently with senior management.*Supervision of all employees & assigned contracting employees to include performance evaluations and pay increases.*Coordinate with recruitment team on the recruitment of field staff employees.*Coaches his/her Distinctive Healthcare field staff employees.*Assist management with collections.*Partner with Human Resources for hiring and separation of subordinates and field staff. *Reviews and recommends to senior management extent of a rate increase to existing clients/customers.* Preferred experience with managing government health-care contracts can substitute 5 years of project management experience in lieu of government contracting experience.Must have strong organizational skills and attention to details.Must have solid and consistent work history.Must have strong computer skills.We are the equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristics protected by law.
