Our clientis seeking a seasonedCapture Directorto lead the capture of large opportunities supporting DoD, DoS, FEMA, FMS, and other agencies to grow a $300m P&L. Our client has a strong track record on programs such as AFRICAP, ACOTA/GPOI, GATA, and CNGT. A successful candidate will be able to understand these programs and how this past performance/capabilities translates into diversifying the business into new areas.The successful candidate will have experience developing an overall growth strategy while qualifying new business opportunities and leading capture teams through the process to include: customer contact, competitive intelligence, gap analysis, bid team structuring, development of the value proposition, win strategy and offer design; price-to-win and design to cost; bid a business case; proposal product development, color reviews, submission, final proposal revisions, hand-off for implementation, lessons learned continuous improvement, new business budgeting, and cost control.ESSENTIAL DUTIESWork close with P&Lleadership to refine growth and diversification strategy to lead business into adjacent markets while protecting core programs.Drives opportunity from capture decision to contract/TO award, managed bid strategies and oversees the development of the technical, management, cost strategies and the associated proposal volumesIdentifies the need for or benefits of teaming partners and the associated oversight of required agreementsLead the shaping the RFP as applicable, determining customer intimacy and identifying strengths and weaknesses of the organization in pursuit of the opportunityDetermines the most likely requirements to successfully win an opportunity to include development and articulation of the solutions required, win strategies, themes and discriminators; clearly communicate these to both corporate executives and the proposal teamResponsible for the development, implementation and management of the capture plan and associated strategy into the proposal end product and corporate offeringDevelops strategies and responses to Request for Information (RFI) and Expressions of Interest (EOI)Prepares and presents our client capability statements and other new business information presentationsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in business or a field related to our client service offerings.Minimum seven (7) years of Capture Management experience with proven capability to execute a capture strategy and win pursuitsProven capability to act as a Capture Manager for pursuits ranging from $20M to $1B providing O&M, BOS, and/or facilities maintenance services internationallyEffective oral and written communication skills coupled with the ability to establish and maintain productive customer and industry participant networks are essentialProficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)Experience supporting a diverse set of US Government customers to include the DoD, DoS, FEMA, NATO/NSPA, and others.Excellent customer service and responsivenessAbility to multi-task, organize, and prioritize multiple on-going projectsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience working with a wide range of technical service offerings to include facility management, base operations support, construction, security, logistics, records management, and support servicesExperience using SalesForce or a similar CRM systemIt will be helpful to have exposure to DoS/INL OCONUS programs to be able to help guide growth and diversification into new markets.AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER:Our Client is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
