This role ensures that Springtide is designing, implementing, and overseeing all of our clinical practice at the highest standards, and is constantly focused on ways to keep improving our clinical practice. The clinical director must be able to model the best practices, and more importantly, coach others to consistently achieve the same knowledge and best practice. This role will oversee the clinical quality across multiple practices, and ensure consistency in quality throughout.
