We are a team deeply committed to creating a purpose-filled, joyful and rewarding career for our team members.We are backed by leading healthcare investors including Deerfield, Optum Ventures and Redesign Health.About The RoleThe Clinical Director is responsible for helping to stand up multiple clinics in a new region and ensuring the clinical quality of our practice. This role ensures that Springtide is designing, implementing, and overseeing all of our clinical practice at the highest standards, and is constantly focused on ways to keep improving our clinical practice. The clinical director must be able to model the best practices, and more importantly, coach others to consistently achieve the same knowledge and best practice. This role will oversee the clinical quality across multiple practices, and ensure consistency in quality throughout. We are looking for the type of person who has excitement about building a practice in a new region.In this role, the Clinical Director will be accountable forClient progress and outcomesClient satisfaction metricsClinical team performanceResponsibilitiesEnsure all Springtide clinics offer consistent, high quality care, and that all clients will receive the same level of care regardless of which clinic, clinician, or technician they visitDeveloping comprehensive, evidence-based and measurable standards for clinical outcomes that are rigorously applied across all clinicsSelf-starter to kickstart our Maryland clinic launch, as well as strength and experience in recruiting in the regionSupport licensed clinical staff in their program development, adjustments and planning to achieve the highest quality of therapy for our clientsProvide ongoing training and coaching of licensed clinical staff, elevating them to their best clinical performanceManage ad hoc clinical escalations Review and evaluate clinical staff performance on a quarterly basis and develop plans for continuous improvementActively engage with the broader clinical community that work with our clients to make sure we have strong coordination of care and a strong reputation within the communityAttend and represent Springtide in relevant conferences, associations and organizationsWork hand-in-hand with Operations leadership to ensure seamless operations & clinical partnershipBuild team culture that aligns with Springtide's collaborative culture and values Other duties as assignedQualificationsBCBA or BCBA-D with existing license in Maryland3+ years leading clinical teamsDeep understanding of science and development in the fields of ABA, SLP and OTExceptional ability to support, coach and improve the performance of clinical teamsDynamic leadership presence within the company, and externallyAbility to manage across multiple locations, leveraging different forms of management to generate the desired outcomes from the teamComfort work in a fast-paced, changing environment Ability to partner collaboratively with Operational partnership in achieving desired outcomesComfort with standing up a clinic, including experience with recruiting for both staff and clients
