The successful candidate must be a forward-leaning self-starter, capable of balancing multiple priorities while supporting ongoing projects and activities in a fast-paced organization. The candidate will provide input into organization-wide technical strategies in the mobile network domain. Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed to enable collaboration and engagement with various stakeholders. The candidate will work both strategically and tactically to help develop and execute the customers technology and mission plans. *Qualifications* *Required* * Active Top Secret with Poly * 8+ years experience with systems engineering related to mobile networks * Experience supporting wireless projects in an advisory capacity, applying systems engineering and project management principles * Knowledge of wireless communication protocols * Experience working with system developers to ensure systems meet technical requirements * Experience developing systems engineering and technical documentation to include CONOPS, SRDs and other system design documents * Experience creating briefings using PowerPoint to support review boards * Ability to identify and evaluate opportunities to improve system effectiveness or efficiency through the adoption of new technologies, applications or techniques * Experience analyzing technical challenges, proposing recommended courses of action and documenting findings and recommendations * Experience planning technical development efforts such as strategic roadmaps, schedules, and solutions related to technical requirements * Understanding of how to guide a portfolio approach to technical investments COVID Policy: Prospective and/or new employees will be required to adhere with SAIC's vaccination policy.
