Enrollment Agents will move throughout the airport delivering exceptional customer service while enrolling customers in TSA PreCheck. Our Enrollment Agents are passionate about travel and never pass up an opportunity to explain how IDEMIA creates a better travel experience for all. Working at IDEMIA will provide you the tools needed to jumpstart your career on a fast paced upward trajectory that has no limits!About the Job (includes but is not limited to):Increase program participation by seeking out and engaging with the traveling public and explaining the benefits of TSA PreCheckFollow established processes and procedures to enroll customers in TSA PreCheckEnsure applicant documents/information are safeguarded at all times by following preestablished policies and proceduresMove throughout the airport delivering superior customer service to all travelers by interacting with and answering travel/airport related questionsNote: In addition to the Essential Functions, also performs similar work-related duties as assigned.Superior customer service skills - engaging, outgoing, approachableEnjoy meeting new people, not afraid to approach others and initiate conversationCommitted to flexibility - work shifts may vary including early mornings, evenings and weekendsAble to thrive in a fast paced, customer-facing environment while maintaining professionalism at all timesOutstanding communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to maintain a high level of productivity under minimal supervisionCommitted to protecting customer privacy at all timesQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent degreeMinimum one (1) year customer service experiencePrevious sales experience a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is requiredEvening and weekend work may be requiredMust be at least eighteen (18) years oldMust be a US CitizenMust be able to successfully pass various background screening requirements, including criminal history, education, credit, and drug screen, as well as obtain any required program specific credentials/certificationTravel Requirement, Working Conditions and Physical Demands:Travel requirement, such as:Ability to travel for activities such as backfill at local enrollment locations, meetings, classes, and workshops.Occasional overnight travel as required; should not exceed 25% of the timeTravel by air may be required for initial company training, as well as occasional new program or services trainingWorking Conditions, such as:General office environment. The work area is adequately lighted, heated, and ventilated.Physical Demands, such as:Retail service environment where the employee will be required to stand the majority of their shift (may be up to 100% of the time). Some walking, sitting, bending, reaching, and carrying of light items such as tablets, papers, books, small parts; driving an automobile, etc. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a tablet, keyboard, photocopier, telephone, and other office equipment.The work requires moderate physical effort with frequent standing, lifting and/or moving of materials in the 10-30 pound range. Requires manual dexterity and ability to manipulate small objects.
