We are searching for a Junior HR Business Partner to support teams across Business For Sale, Lands, CoStar and LoopNet. The primary objective of this role is to support and coordinate essential HR functions. Areas of oversight and job focus will include administration of HR programs, data and analytics, and employee relations. In this role, he/she will be tasked with working on all facets of HR and people strategies that align with business objectives and goals and provide a unique and dynamic employee experience.RESPONSIBILITIES:Support and execute full lifecycle employee and HR processes including bonus program(s), promotions, performance review processes, year-end compensation, engagement survey roll-out, manager excellence, exits and other recurring people processes.Possess a keen understanding of the overarching strategy of the business with the ability to counsel leaders to enable growth of the business, drive retention and develop career strategies of our peopleAnalyze data and effectively organize and present findings to drive data-backed HR strategy. Draw analysis-based conclusions and collaborate on innovative solutions.Predict, assess, and determine business needs in the areas of organizational design, staffing, performance management, succession planning, development, and communication plansDemonstrate a commitment to diversity and inclusionMonitor and resolve morale issues and leadership effectiveness that leads to the successful achievement of business goals and employee satisfactionPartner with other HR functions to identify, evaluate and drive forward key training and development courses that hone strong talent at all levels of the organization.Contribute to the strategy and development of a best-in-class HR organizationDevelop enhanced people related communication strategies that drive engagementParticipate in special projects to ensure effective delivery of HR initiatives and services.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in relevant field requiredMinimum of 2 years HR experience required, Generalist/HRBP experience preferredExcellent data analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving skillsStrong presentation, verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in excel and Office suite requiredExperience producing results in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentBasic understanding of employment law, particularly in CaliforniaPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Experience working within the Workday HRIS platformDemonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholdersSelf-directed and able to balance multiple time-sensitive deliverables and effectively prioritize, organize, and manage time.Proactive and results-oriented with strong attention to detail and excellent follow throughCommitment to excellence and high level of integrity; ability to exercise strict confidentiality and sound judgementStrong client-service focus and ability to build and manage relationships across different levels and functionsOVERVIEW OF COMPANY:Founded in 1987, CoStar Group is the leading provider of commercial real estate information, analytics, and online marketplaces.
