Job DescriptionAs an Adaptive Reporting Analyst, you will support the development of new Adaptive models, reporting, and dashboards. You will also assist our business partners in developing and maintaining management reporting to improve decision-making processes and maximize system efficiencies. This position is within our Financial Planning & Analysis team, and as an in-house Adaptive expert, you will play a central role in managing and continuously improving our planning model.You Will:Create, design, and maintain our Adaptive models, dashboards, and reports to be used for all planning, forecasting, budgeting, and month-end close analysisDesign and implement Adaptive reports and dashboards that provide insightful KPIs and streamline information delivery to key stakeholdersAssist with monthly close, forecasting, reporting, and analytical business unit supportCreate and maintain business and operational metrics to measure growth, profitability, expenses, efficiency, and productivitySupport operational and ad hoc initiatives and business projects across various business unitsDrive process optimization and identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency and ensure data integrity within the Adaptive planning modelOwn and maintain Adaptive Insights as a system admin and guide on best practices; from user administration to model building and routine enhancementsMaintain Adaptive dimensions, levels, versions, accounts, and attributes that support our Adaptive models, formulas, and calculated fields including modeled, cube, and assumption sheetsThe Ideal Candidate:Prior work experience in Adaptive Insights or PlanningStrong understanding of Financial Planning & Analysis business processes to recommend best practices and provide Adaptive business process supportDemonstrated track record of creating meaningful Adaptive models, reports, and dashboardsStrong analytical skills with the ability to successfully troubleshoot and solve problemsAttention to detail and willingness to dig into data to gain key insightsBachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related fieldCurrent Adaptive Insights Certification is a plusAdditional InformationATPCO is the foundation of flight shopping, providing pricing and retailing data, tools, and services to 500+ airlines, global distribution systems, sales channels, and technology companies.
