Job Summary/Company: Our client, a local transportation agency, is searching for a self-motivated Operations Analyst to support the internal Occupational Health team with building best practices through documenting internal systems and processes in order to facilitate metric recording for data-driven projects.

This position will sit 100% onsite.
  • Document and visualize internal workflows and systems to include creating requirement controls to inform future technology decisions.
  • Support dashboard build-out by pulling information from a variety of departments.
  • Gather broad range of quantitative and qualitative data using suitable collection methods. Analyze data and converts findings to actionable recommendations for solutions.
  • Produce high volume of high-quality documents.
Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience with Visio, MS Office 365, and SQL required
  • Strong communication skills, ability to effectively communicate with leadership
  • Background in healthcare information management or similar highly preferred
