Responsibilities: Lead strategic meetings to capture the story or solution, then coordinate creative staff to develop a visually compelling product.Quality assurance, attention to detail a must! We pride ourselves in our high standards that our clients have come to expect.Provide art direction to others when lead on projects.Create complex and visually compelling proposal graphics from conception to finalization.Collaborate with internal and external clients to understand the requirements and scope of the project.Brainstorm with client/team to determine the overall creative approach to reach a particular audience.Leverage design experience in cross-functional teams such as: Capture/Proposal Managers, Solution Architects, Authors, and Senior leadership to develop graphics in support of marketing, client, and proposal efforts.Transform complex technical content into modern, intuitive visual communication products.Ability to manage multiple projects / deadlines.Effective and competent communicator while presenting to internal and external clients.Iteratively incorporate feedback whenever required by client/team to meet client expectations.Review designs for quality assurance and provide feedback to other designers.Design proposal graphicsUnderstand REI corporate brand and advocate for maintaining brand and identity in all projects, products, and web sites. Qualifications: 7-10 years of industry experience, federal IT is a plus.Must be senior enough to understand the importance of process and best practices in the design field to lead and justify creative approach and strategy in all interactions.BFA / BFS in graphic design, communication design, or interaction designMust be proficient in Adobe Creative Suitespecifically: Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop (experience with Adobe Premiere and After Effects is desired).Excellent self-management skillsability to work on multiple projects, prioritize work and schedule, and communicate with clients on expectations to meet all deadlines.Experience working on a proposal team and developing proposal graphics.Must have strong attention to detail, be collaborative, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.Experience with technical solution graphics for client presentations and proposals.Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills and be comfortable communicating and presenting to clients.Occasional overtime may be required in order to meet scheduled deadlines.About REIREI Systems provides reliable, effective, and innovative technology solutions that advance federal, state, local, and nonprofit missions.
