Marketing Manager - Public Sector Intelligence
General Purpose of PositionThe Marketing Manager - Public Sector Intelligence is responsible for implementing and supporting the go-to-market strategy for DLT's Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCTO) and Market Intelligence offerings. This role reports directly to the Senior Manager, Brand & Marketing Communications and works with OCTO, Marketing Operations, Marketing Demand Generation, Engineering and Program Management teams, and DLT Senior Leadership.Summary of Essential Job FunctionsCollaborates with DLT's Chief Technology Officer, Director, Market Intelligence and Senior Manager, Brand & Marketing Communications to build the marketing strategy that supports, grows and provides awareness of DLT's Market Intelligence and the greater OCTO offeringsDevelops and executes marketing tactics that align to OCTO/Market Intelligence annual objectives and DLT's tech domain strategy, develop effective messaging, create supporting collateral and build content marketing plans that target OCTO/Market Intelligence's core audiencesCoordinates Market Intelligence onsite and virtual events, including securing booth space, registering attendees, preparing event materials, etc.Oversees the Market Intelligence and OCTO's digital presence, including social, email campaigns, digital advertising, DLT podcast episodes, etc.Partners with functional leaders across the marketing department and business to develop an aligned set of strategies, tactics and resources to achieve Market Intelligence and OCTO's strategic objectivesUnderstands public sector target buyer needs, market trends and the competitive landscapeFormalizes processes, measurement tools and reporting structure to support campaign or program goalsCreative think and self-starterOther duties as assigned to meet OCTO and corporate marketing objectivesMinimum Qualifications4-6 years of professional B2G or B2B experience in the IT industryExperience promoting market research informationDemonstrated success influencing and working with cross-functional leadersStrong background in business analytics, measurement and dashboardsDemonstrated skills in messaging and positioning offeringsExperience developing thought leadership content to enhance reputationCultural Competency Requirements:Within DLT Solutions, a Tech Data Company, diversity is one of our fundamental shared values.
