Our Community Experience Manager oversees the Manifest experience to our members and community. Our manager is responsible for content curation, community engagement, and enhancing the in-store experience. You will manage our social media platforms to maintain engagement among our members and our community and increase the sale of memberships and in store merchandise. Mentorship is key, as our employees will look to you for guidance and support.RequirementsYour duties will include:Monitor performance to ensure member and community (non-member) targets are achieveAssist staff in achieving targeted goals for memberships, retail products, personal services and other Manifest offeringsAssists in the implementation of marketing strategies, campaigns and programming via marketing lead, PR agency and GMFormulate strategy to target community (non-member) conversion to membershipsImplement marketing campaigns to increase sales of services, retail products, memberships and other Manifest offeringsMarket and introduce promotions and opportunities to member and/or community for various of services, membership discounts, and productsOversee online inventory ensuring products are readily available for member and communityAssist with implementing Manifest's digital marketing strategy, optimizing online presence through social media, website analytics, online advertising, affiliate marketing, video marketing and email marketingMonitor all social media profiles and provide weekly and monthly reportsCreate, develop and copyright Manifest content such as photo editing and design, drafting, curating and managing content plans, calendars, posting, listening, responding, engaging across all platformsManaging, monitoring and posting across all social media profiles-tasksWe need someone who:Loves social media, fashion, coffee, drinks and hair self-careHas strong social media marketing skillsHas a High School Diploma or GEDHas experience as a community managerHas experience launching community initiatives (eg building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter)We hope to see:That you have 1-2 years of management experienceExperience in retail or hospitalityKnowledge of and experience with Salesforce or other CRM appsKnowledge of and experience with marketing softwareA bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or social mediaBenefitsWe value embodied service, premium quality brands, and providing an unrivaled experience.We offer health, dental, and vision.
