Marketing Manager - Digital Solutions R0018389Job Description Summary: (Remote/Work From Home)Responsible for the design, development, planning and implementation of marketing programs or projects that support organizational marketing objectives. Works on various marketing activities which may include: advertising, market research, product marketing, e-commerce marketing, direct marketing and/or communications. May direct the work of other staff members. May also be responsible for developing marketing forecasts, estimating costs, preparing pricing studies, and/or managing program/project budgets. Basic Function:The Marketing Manager will develop market positioning and messaging for the CS product suite and loan compliance platform. This will include developing differentiated value propositions, competitive positioning, sales and partner enablement and a standard BOM (bill of materials) for CS solutions (whitepapers, sales presentations, product videos, competitive intelligence and other collateral etc).The candidate should have a successful track record of developing strategic positioning, messaging, sales and marketing facing assets and campaigns, delivering results contributing to pipeline and revenue growth. This candidate will also serve as a market facing SME for our loan compliance platform and products.Job Qualifications (Minimum ):Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, otherExperience: 4+ years' experience with a successful track record in senior marketing roles in product/solution marketing with Large EnterprisesProven ability to plan and manage budgetsTravel requirements:Approximately 5% of the time - Domestic100% Remote - Work From HomePreferred Experience Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications (minimum):Education: Master's DegreeEnterprise Software experience a definite plus.B2B Marketing Experience in Enterprise TechnologyFinTech and Digital Lending knowledgeCreative marketer with strong analytical aptitudeExcellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skillsEssential Duties and responsibilities:Primary ObjectivesCustomer adoption of CS solutionsPipeline and revenue contribution for high growth solutionsSales & Partner EnablementEnsures best practice standards adoption for all solution marketing plansMarketing InnovationPrimary ResponsibilitiesLaunch new products and solutionsEstablish leading positioning of CS suite of solutions in the marketplace (Drive CS solution portfolio preference)Helps create and elevate the CS vision to value story for our solution portfolioDevelop consistent delivery of quality solution content (sales presentations, whitepapers, product videos, collateral etc.)Partners with product management and sales to drive aligned priorities and plansRepresents CS as product and solution SMEBuilds measurement plan and dashboardRepresent Wolters Kluwer by developing a comprehensive knowledge of WK products and customers.
