Are you passionate about delivering goals to your client that go above and beyond their expectations?Does the opportunity to work with the world's leading businesses excite you?Our HR Strategy and Solutions (HRS&S) team is thrilled to render results that help our clients transform their HR practices in ways that lead to significant savings, a leading edge on competition, greater efficiency and most of all, a better employee experience.Work You'll DoAs a Consulting Manager, you will use your knowledge of and experience in HR Strategy and Service Delivery and HR technologies to optimize business results and customer experience by:Providing your expert knowledge around HR Shared Services and Service Delivery, Operating Model Design to provide a better employee experience and to enhance client engagementsLeading all aspects of the project, including monitoring and identifying any project issues to mitigate risk while ensuing exemplary delivery of workActing as a Project Manager by monitoring and identifying any project issues to mitigate risk while ensuing exemplary delivery of workCultivating and maintaining long term relationships with clients to become a "go-to" resource for HR strategy knowledgeWorking on a project team to help develop multi-year Digital HR Technology Strategies while delivering superior results for your clients, while and monitoring and identifying any project issues to be able to mitigate risk for your clientExploring innovative solutions (eg Robotics and Intelligent Automation, Human Capital Analytics, Unified Engagement Platforms) to bring the full suite of Digital HR Technology capabilities to your clientsApplying Digital HR technology trends and how they can impact the way our clients deliver HR servicesForging strong relationships with clients that will contribute to the growth and development of the firmEngaging with HR, HRIS, IT, and Business Leaders to and coordinate business requirement gathering tasks and map design features to their requirementsStaying well-informed on current Human Capital leading practices and market trendsUtilizing your leadership experience to mentor and develop other members of the HRS&S teamBuilding your brand within the firm and in the market for the strong HR Strategy & Capability knowledge you possessWorking closely with diverse teams to deliver results for your clientsMaintaining a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurateEngaging in asset development and eminence activities to build the practiceLeading practice development initiatives including culture building, internal community involvement, eminence, recruiting, whitepapers, etc.Building your brand within the firm and in the market for the strong HR Strategy & Capability knowledge you possessChampioning and supporting a culture of diversity and inclusiveness for Deloitte practitionersThe HR Transformation TeamAt Deloitte Consulting LLP, we help our clients exploit new technologies and empower HR to better support the business and create value. Working with Deloitte enables you to focus on building the culture and capabilities you need to deliver for the future so that they don't get stale in the context of today's ever-evolving business demands.QualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degree6+ years of relevant experienceDemonstrated knowledge of HR functions & processes, with experience in at least one of the following areas: HR Strategy, HR Shared Services and Service Delivery, HR Employee Experience, HR Operating Model, Digital HR StrategyDemonstrated confidence and maturity to work with senior executives and clientsExperience in helping drive RFPs, RFIs, scoring and evaluating HR products and servicesExperience in HR technology road mapping, business cases, vendor selections, and HR Technology architectureExperience in carrying a business development quota for consulting work, ramping up pursuit teams and leading end-to-end business development pursuitsExperience in project planning, budget oversight and staffing of project teams including time management and quality assurance for large complex clients/projectExperience driving team performance resulting in alignment with project vision and strategyAbility to travel up to 50% (While up to 50% travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futurePreferred:Consulting Experience (Big 4 preferred)Well-developed industry alignment (Consumer, Financial Services, Life Science & Healthcare, Energy, Resources & Industrial, and/or Technology, Media & Telecommunications)Agile and creative mindset when problem solving and troubleshooting on client issuesAdvanced degree in related specialization areaDemonstrated interest in a profession in Human Resources through professional organizations, coursework, certifications, conference attendance, etc.Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel)
