Working with Deloitte enables you to focus on building the culture and capabilities you need to deliver for the future so that they don't get stale in the context of today's ever-evolving business demands.QualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degree6+ years of relevant experienceDemonstrated knowledge of HR functions & processes, with experience in at least one of the following areas: HR Strategy, HR Shared Services and Service Delivery, HR Employee Experience, HR Operating Model, Digital HR StrategyDemonstrated confidence and maturity to work with senior executives and clientsExperience in helping drive RFPs, RFIs, scoring and evaluating HR products and servicesExperience in HR technology road mapping, business cases, vendor selections, and HR Technology architectureExperience in carrying a business development quota for consulting work, ramping up pursuit teams and leading end-to-end business development pursuitsExperience in project planning, budget oversight and staffing of project teams including time management and quality assurance for large complex clients/projectExperience driving team performance resulting in alignment with project vision and strategyAbility to travel up to 50% (While up to 50% travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futurePreferred:Consulting Experience (Big 4 preferred)Well-developed industry alignment (Consumer, Financial Services, Life Science & Healthcare, Energy, Resources & Industrial, and/or Technology, Media & Telecommunications)Agile and creative mindset when problem solving and troubleshooting on client issuesAdvanced degree in related specialization areaDemonstrated interest in a profession in Human Resources through professional organizations, coursework, certifications, conference attendance, etc.Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel)
