**This position is full time (currently a hybrid remote and in office position until firm is at full return to work environment). ** BWW LAW GROUP, LLC, a law firm specializing in mortgage servicing, is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team! We are hiring full-time legal assistants and legal support professionals who enjoy a fast-paced environment and challenging work. Attention to detail is a must to succeed as a part of our team! We are seeking dedicated individuals in several of our divisions in both our Rockville, MD and Richmond, VA locations. Responsibilities: Review and enter data accurately into several database systems; Process cases and assist attorneys in managing client files; Work with a team and individually to perform legal support tasks as directed by supervisory staff; Ensure file statuses and file documentation are kept current; Comply with firm and client compliance and timeline requirements. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework a plus; Must be detail oriented and demonstrate excellent computer and organizational skills; Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel is required; Ability to effectively communicate via e-mail and phone is a must; Previous mortgage servicing, foreclosure, bankruptcy, real estate or law firm experience is a plus, but not required; Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
