Job Description:Responsible for performing more complex analysis and modeling for multiple products with the goal of maximizing profits and asset growth and minimizing risk and operating losses and/or other financial and marketing exposures. Develops complex program models to extract data and uses multiple databases to acquire statistical and financial data. Utilizes portfolio trends to propose policy/procedural changes within segmentation structure to produce optimal results. Excels at risk/reward trade off. Build relationships with external agencies. Participates in the rollout of company-wide pilot programs developed as a result of programmed models. Duties primarily include the regular use of discretion, independent judgment, the ability to communicate with multiple levels of management and the utilization of core leadership behaviors. SAS and/or MicroStrategy experience preferred; 2-5 years experience preferred.Responsibilities:Responsible for performing complex analysis for multiple products with the goal of minimizing fraud related risk and operating losses and/or future fraud exposure. Develops complex queries to extract data and uses multiple databases to acquire statistical and financial data. Conduct in depth analysis of Enterprise Fraud performance and develop recommendations for senior leadership.Utilizes data analytics to propose policy/procedural changes within segmentation structure to produce optimal results. Excels at risk/reward trade off. Build relationships with cross functional project teams. Participates in the creation of Enterprise Fraud initiatives developed as a result of data analytics. Duties primarily include the regular use of discretion, independent judgment, the ability to communicate with multiple levels of management and the utilization of core leadership behaviors.Identifies new loss mitigation and reduction opportunities.Engage in pilot programs and initiatives utilizing themes and portfolio trends developed as a result of programmed models. Required Skills:2+ years of SAS and/or SQL experienceExperience with Microsoft tools including Access, ExcelAdvanced data analytics skillsAbility to analyze data to drive differentiated performanceOrganized and detail orientedStrong desire to learn and developDemonstrated the ability to solving problems using creativityProven history of applying critical thinking to drive changeDesired Skills:Experience with identifying fraud risks and mitigation opportunitiesTableau experience is a plusStrong time management and task prioritization skillsShift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: 40
