The D segment operates AT's government security program on behalf of the corporation and requires an Assistant Vice President (AVP) for Government Security to lead, manage, and oversee our government security programs in compliance with applicable federal government regulations for sensitive and classified work. This AVP position typically supports AT implementation of federal security regulations that apply to company operations, prepares manuals/directives outlining regulations, establishes procedures for handling/storing/maintaining records, manages personnel security clearances, directs the operations of secure facilities, and interfaces with federal security organizations overseeing AT as a cleared commercial contractor to the federal government.**Job Duties/Responsibilities:**+ The assigned scope covers all government security compliance and implementation for AT including personnel security/processing, physical security, facilities security, and technology security to include Public Sector compliance with government supply chain and information technology. The AVP serves as the Insider Threat Program Senior Manager for all cleared AT personnel and implements measures to minimize insider threats; manages a team of government security professionals across the country; oversees the development and implementation of corporate and program security procedures in coordination with government agencies and cognizant government organizations to include annual security training programs/implementations; oversees and manages the AT Corporate/Personal Integrity Program; supports proposal development activities to ensure security and personnel volumes are compliant with requirements and clearances; supports business program implementations from start-up through final transition including personnel security/clearances, facilities, COMSEC, advising on supply chain security, and other technical security program requirements; and serves as AT lead contact for direct interface with government security organizations, outside government agencies, industrial-base/corporate entities, and security-related professional associations.+ **Other Roles and Responsibilities** : Allocate resources, evaluate, and manage staff performance, composition, and alignment to D business objectives and security requirements; work with corporate Human Resources/Compensation for staffing actions; direct actions through third level managers and other direct reports across the organization to optimize performance on assigned scope; interact with other AT officials on implementation of government security requirements throughout the company; and advise AT leaders on risk assessments.**Required Clearance:**TS SCI clearance with polygraph (#ts/sci) (#polygraph)**Required Qualifications:**+ Must possess extensive knowledge of the Fed Government security compliance requirements and regulations including detailed knowledge of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM)+ Must demonstrate solid leadership acumen, interpersonal communication skills, written communication skills, and personnel management skills commensurate with the level of this position including 10 years of management experience+ Knowledge of counter-intelligence awareness, training, and programs+ Knowledge of compliance and ethics programs+ Knowledge of government personnel security clearance processes combined with industrial security clearance processing+ Knowledge of managing classified facilities for government contracting+ Knowledge of working with senior executives in industry and government+ Experience overseeing all aspects of industrial security programs including personnel security, physical security, network security, technical security, operations security, etc.**Desired Qualifications:**Deep experience supporting industrial security programs for the Department of Defense and the US Intelligence Community.Ready to join our team?
