How You'll Make an Impact:Develop proficiency and knowledge of Intuit solutions with the ability to clearly communicate appropriate recommendations to address customer needsObtain a basic understanding of QuickBooks(R), Payroll, Payments, Time Tracking (TSheets(R)), Bookkeeping, and Tax preparation softwareEmploy a defined sales methodology to consult prospects and customers on solutionsBuild and grow genuine relationships with our customers and across the sales organization; manage the customer lifecycle through acquisition, growth, and retentionIdentify the distinct value drivers of each customer stakeholders and tailor sales messages to their individual needs; proactively recommend the right solution at the right time, that delivers customer valueDemonstrate proficiency in using all appropriate systems, tools, and processesAnticipate possible customer objections and proactively prepare responses to counter themOptimize sales productivity through operational and administrative sales dutiesDevelop understanding of Intuit competitors' strengths and weaknesses Keep up to date on new features or enhancements to our product and servicesMeet or exceed defined sales targets
