Job DescriptionThe Corporate Finance & Strategy team serves as a trusted advisor to the company, informing and guiding critical C-level decisions through insightful analyses & thought partnership. We are looking for a bright, driven individual who will succeed in a fast-paced environment and support our team in making sound recommendations that will allow the company to scale as we propel the business now from a Billion in Revenue to the Multi-Billion era.This is a highly visible and key leadership role that is cross-functional in nature and requires collaboration across all Finance & Strategy functional teams. You will lead a powerhouse team of two/three professionals; own end-to-end revenue forecasting; present key Operating & Financial metrics to various executive team members; collaborate on the monthly forecasting process; take on high-profile strategic projects for the CFO, SVP of Finance, and other key decision-makers; and be involved with other SaaS key metrics Billings, Cash Flows & Remaining Performance Obligation (RPO). This team has a track record of growing and launching some of our most promising finance talent around!Responsibilities:Lead/manage a growing team of F talent - developing talent is a top priorityLead revenue forecasting - analyze financial results, distill and synthesize key trends, and communicate risks & opportunitiesCollaborate on the Billings, Cash Flow and Remaining Performance Obligation forecastBuild and maintain corporate and equity valuation modelsLead preparation of monthly & quarterly management reporting, Board materials and quarterly/annual guidance strategiesParticipate in the Long Range Planning & Annual Planning processes.Pioneer business insight and strategic analysis for new and emerging business challenges. Forge relationships within the finance organization (Accounting, IR, Treasury, etc.) to drive cross-functional projects.Lead and mentor your team - next wave of talent!Implement improvements & automation to streamline current processesTackle new & evolving priorities for the team (guide and lead)Requirements:10+ years experience in finance, accounting, investment banking, consulting, private equity, business operations, or sales operationsExperience with financial modeling and analytical mindset / working with data requiredPositive attitude with high aptitude to learn new things quickly. Team player eager to further develop and grow with usAbility to be flexible and agile - we are fast moving at ZendeskDemonstrate intellectual curiosity, problem-solving skills, and hunger to continually up-level current approaches and processesStrong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail - "get it done" attitudeHighly adept in Excel & gsheets.
