Aerotek is currently hiring for a FULLY REMOTE recruiter role This position just requires 1-2 years recruiting experience! Experience sourcing candidates is a plus. Description:Job description* The Recruiter I will manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, evaluating, scheduling and closing candidates for exempt and non-exempt level positions in corporate. This position will work closely with management across the organization to plan, coordinate, and implement a recruiting strategy to acquire top talent and will be an integral part of the hiring process.Essential Duties and Responsibilitieso Recruit exempt and non-exempt level hires for multiple roles and functions across the corporate office.o Maintain a quality candidate sourcing pipeline for positions.o Proactively source active and passive candidates through employee referrals, networking, and innovative research tactics.o Thoroughly discuss open positions with candidates, including explanation of job description, office environment, necessary qualifications, etc., and from these conversations determine quality of candidates.o Present candidate synopsis and recommendations to Hiring Managers.o Coordinate on-site and phone interviews.o Finalize offers to candidates and coordinate on-boarding.o Use and maintain applicant tracking system (Taleo) and online job postings.o Promotes diversity and ensures all managers are compliant with EEOC regulations.o Reports all hiring-practice concerns to Manager.o Partner with the Corporate Recruiter II on some exempt level positions.o Special projects as necessary (Internship, Employee Referral Bonuses, New Hire Surveys, etc.).o Performs other duties as assigned/necessary.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Minimum Requirementso Bachelor's Degree preferredo One year of experience in a recruiting environment requiredo Excellent oral and written communication skillso Must be able to multi-task and manage a full pipeline with efficiency and constant attentiono Strong attention to detail and organizational skillso Ability to effectively elicit/provide information to and from appropriate individuals (including, but not limited to, supervisors, co-workers, clients) via strong communication skills; proficiency in the English language may be requiredo Computer proficiency required About Aston Carter: At Aston Carter, we're dedicated to expanding career opportunities for the skilled professionals who power our business.
