Learn more about this agency ResponsibilitiesThe incumbent serves as the key advisor to the Chief of the Information Technology Program Management Office (PMO), and is responsible for a variety of PMO management functions such as performing program and project reviews that include review of cost, schedule, scope and associated contracts for the programs or project(s). Leading the analysis for the organizations programs and projects to ensure compliance with EOIR and OIT policy and procedures.Duties include but are not limited to the following:Assists in developing complex IT program and project management process and procedure development and implementation;Performs continuous monitoring and measurement of the OIT IT PMO programs and projects to ensure adherence to organizational policy, processes and procedures;Participate in program and project oversight covering the analyses, continuous monitoring, stakeholder coordination, approvals, trends analyses to ensure that the program and/or project are being managed in adherence with organizational policy and processes;Coordinate the analysis and review of IT hardware, software, security and architecture program and project implementations;Assists the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for contracts which support the PMO.Travel Required Not requiredSupervisory status No Promotion Potential 13 Job family (Series) 2210 Information Technology Management Similar jobs Information Technology Project Managers Information Technology Specialist (It Specialist) Help Requirements Conditions of Employment You must be a US Citizen or National. Additional informationConditions of Employment: Only US Citizens or Nationals are eligible for employment with the Executive Office for Immigration Review. Dual citizens of the US and another country will be considered on a case-by-case basis. All DOJ applicants, both US citizens and non-citizens, whose job location is with the US, must meet the residency requirement.
