We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a passion for data that can create an operational analytics product that directly supports the executive team by providing them a view of development health. Work with multiple partners in Tableau to build an analytics roadmap, delivery plan for the next fiscal year, and determine the requirements needed for success. Bring an informed and outspoken voice to the table and work with the Planning Tools team to develop a roadmap for the dashboards we provide internally, and looking ahead to how we may be able to share these with customers as well.**Who you are**+ **Driver** . Tableau hires company builders and you will be asked to stay on the lookout for the best talent we can find, so we can continue this journey of helping people see and understand their data.**Responsibilities**+ Help to define the product visions for your area: Ensure that it aligns with the overall product and company strategy. Be a specialist on the domain, the market, the trends. Evangelize the vision constantly so all partners are aligned, have context, and understand where we are going.+ Partner on the creation of an executable plan for next year that includes a prioritized list of deliverables, productization plans, and budget requests+ Represent the (internal) customer. Be the champion and voice of customers. Build impactful, personal customer relationships. Bring the customer's voice into the creation process. Own requirements, specifications, and release plans.+ Drive entire feature delivery lifecycle: research customer/user needs; write feature specs and user stories; collaborate with engineering to ensure data availability, partner with Data Analysts to design, prototype and deliver a marketable product on time; work with customer facing roles to drive market awareness and customer adoption. Create team operating model including SLAs, request process, defect process, etc.+ Collaborate across teams: We win or lose as a team. Product managers play a critical role in creating alignment between engineering teams, partners and across the broader company. Work with select Salesforce teams to create roadmap for adoption of metrics outside of Tableau.+ Communicate clearly and efficiently: Coordinate product release communications for your components. Define expectations for engineering teams and hold them accountable to success and failures. Work closely with product marketing managers to promote your products both internally and externally and ensure a cohesive message.**Qualifications**+ 3-5 years software experience as PM or a customer facing role delivering value to customers+ Top notch written and oral communication skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership, participating in the sales cycles, evangelizing product strategy, and handling sensitive customer escalations+ Strong collaboration, influence, and negotiation skills to align the organization around prioritization and delivery of product roadmap+ Exceptional time management skills to effectively juggle multiple demanding priorities+ Proven track record of delivering on commitments+ Well-developed leadership, management, and strategic-thinking skills, with the ability to excite and lead others.+ Proven experience in gathering and redefining product requirements into a meaningful product roadmap**Desired Skills and Experience**+ Experience with server and cloud-based technologies+ Deep familiarity with the administrative technology landscape and admin user needs is a plus.+ Experienced with Agile Development+ Grace under pressure_For Colorado-based roles: Minimum annual salary of $121,800.
