The Sales Manager Assistant offers administrative and reporting support to senior and management level leadership. The role is responsible for assisting in all administrative tasks under the given sales leaders. Provides support to sales leadership by assisting in all reporting requests and needs for our traditional sales organization. Create, implement and improve processes and reporting within the department.Key Areas of ResponsibilityManage CTMS; acting as management proxyManage Sales Leaders' shared outlook calendarsWork on special projects assigned by the Sales LeadersOrder supplies such as; toner, business cards, etc.Schedule and Coordinate invites for team outings and meetings with Sales Leaders and PartnersEvent coordination for Sales LeadersCreate/Approve travel for sales team and sales direct reportsProcess/Approve Expenses for Sales LeadersCorp Credit Card Setup for Sales LeadersMobile Phone Setup for Sales LeadersEdit/Create/Print/Bind presentations for meetings and customer visits for Sales LeadersUpdate e-mail distribution listsCompile and distribute reoccurring reports for assigned Sales LeadersWork on special reporting projects assigned by the Sales LeadersIdentify key sales reporting for assigned Sales LeadersUpdate account moves, via Mass upload and AS400Facilitate & QA of Sales Leader initiated scrub listsUpdate Account Coding Strings as neededCompile Quarterly Business Review (QBR) reports for Sales LeadersAssist with Territory Plans / Mid-Year Review Reports for Sales LeadersReserves and sets up meeting rooms and conference call linesAssists with sales presentations; using PowerPointAssist in Team/Department projectsWork with Reporting Coordinator as needed for your Sales Leaders supportPrioritize and execute on Ad-Hoc reporting requests as they come inCollaborate with Sales Analytics and Sales Support leadership to ensure reporting systems are producing accurate dataWork with Sales Support leadership to identify and produce automated reports for sales teamsAssist sales operations with reports upon requestThe information in this position description is intended to convey information about the key responsibilities and requirements of the position.
