Our clients include homeowner associations, condos, apartments, hotels, country clubs, fitness clubs, and military bases.As the Human Resources Business Partner you will support American Pool Enterprises by providing day-to-day HR leadership for all employees across several departments and locations. This individual will execute, oversee, and monitor all HR related guidance/expertise and will demonstrate a deep understanding in HR practices and the business operations of American Pool Enterprises. This position will be a primarily on-site position located at American Pool's corporate office in Owings Mills, MD.Essential Responsibilities+ Understand + adapt to constantly changing state + federal employment laws+ Proactively + creatively come up with ideas on HR best practices to share with team + Build trust amongst employees, management + colleagues / Actively protect confidential information + Accurately answer employee questions related to Paid Time Off, Benefits, etc. + Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance+ Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department+ Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances+ Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention+ Provide HR policy guidance+ Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning+ Identify training needs for teams and individuals+ Evaluate training programs+ Responsible for employee onboarding inclusive of orientation and HR + company overview Requirements+ 5+ years of experience within the Human Resources profession + 2+ years of experience as an HRBP or similar HR role+ Experience using Workday+ Passion about HR methods+ Good understanding and experience with HR tools such as ATS and HRIS+ Some understanding of basic marketing strategies+ Team player and problem-solving skills+ Good time-management skills+ Great interpersonal and communication skillsBenefitsAs a Member of the American Pool Team You Can Expect+ Expected base salary of $90,000 to $100,000 per year based on relevant experience and qualifications+ Growth opportunities+ A fun, friendly, professional working environmentThis job description is intended to describe the general requirements for the position.
