Establishing, coordinating, and selling local program execution. The role of the Specialist is spent mostly in the market to meet with customers. Store visits should be used to evaluate Red Bull and the Energy Category's performance related to the entire Beverage Category. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Complete sales calls at all assigned accounts each day.Must develop a strong working relationship with Franchise Owners, Store Managers, and store level personnel that complete the Red Bull orders.Master the 7-Eleven reporting system to provide analysis of product performance in the cold vault.Influence BT orders and Space to Sales Schematics based on store-level scan sales. Up-sell products to ensure proper inventory is on hand at key store locations.Responsible for producing and maintaining all applicable trackers/reports as set forth by the Senior Key Account Manager.Provide overall communication to the sales force concerning goals and execution. Weekly recap to the Senior Key Account Manager on actual results vs. targets and plans to close any gaps.Must have a working relationship with Account Sales Managers to provide direction and support.Presents a professional demeanor and appearance in interacting with customers to best advance the product's sales and Red Bull Energy Drink image.Monitor available product on shelves during store visits and rotate product from storage to display to fill any voids.All other duties as assigned.Benefits:Medical insurance: health, dental, and visionShort- and long-term disabilityLife Insurance: personal, spouse, and dependentPaid leave: vacation, sick, long term sick and holidaysCompany matched 401(k)QualificationsRequirementsBachelor's Degree preferred2-6 years sales experience in a DSD environmentAble to work flexible work schedule including early mornings.Must possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.PC LiterateAbility to handle multiple priorities and work well under pressure.Able to provide coverage for Key Account Manager, with ability to work directly with FCs.Must possess a valid driver's license and responsible driving history. Minimum of five-year driving history required.Must be able to obtain a Department of Transportation Medical CertificationMust be able to lift between 20-100 lbs.Position requires repetitious bending, reaching, kneeling, and squatting.
