Contingent Upon Award JOB DESCRIPTION: This position provides SharePoint/ Portal Management and business tool support to the NAVWAR MLB Front Office. Support provided includes but isn't limited to: + Administer, test, and implement computer databases, applying knowledge of database management systems. + Coordinate changes to computer databases. + Plan, coordinate, and implement security measures to safeguard computer databases. + Maintain databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Clearance Level: + Secret Security Clearance Experience: + Five (5) to Ten (10) Years' experience providing relevant IT Database Management Support + Experience in the following areas is needed: + Experience coordinating changes to computer databases + Experience planning, coordinating, and implementing security measures to safeguard computer databases + Experience maintaining databases within an application area, working individually, or coordinating database development as part of a team + Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and data mining skills + Excellent oral and written skills + Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook + Ability to work independently and as a team member + Ability to learn and apply technical concepts to assigned duties + Ability to explore and examine data from multiple disparate sources with the goal of drawing conclusions to address business problems + In addition: + Experience planning, implementing, and maintaining documents + Experience with the use of both traditional and innovative digital approaches to capture, interpret, implement, and share knowledge with stakeholders + Experience with SharePoint and SharePoint Online management (eg, developing, customizing, and administering sites in these environments) + Experience with implementing and maintaining enterprise-wide databases + Experience preparing and delivering communication (eg briefings, e-mails, and memos) to senior government executives + Experience with scripting/programming languages such as PowerShell, JavaScript, HyperText Markup Language (HTML5), and .NET Framework+ + Working knowledge of Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS) + Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Education: + Master's degree (Bachelor's Degree plus 4 years of additional relevant work experience can be used as substitute.)
