_To get the best candidate experience, please consider applying for a maximum of 3 roles within 12 months to ensure you are not duplicating efforts._**Job Category**Products and Technology**Job Details**The Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team is responsible for assessing security risk, establishing security standards, and ensuring compliance against those standards across all subject areas of the information security domain. The GRC team is looking for a strong program manager with GRC experience to join the team and ensure that program and project goals are consistently achieved.In this role, the individual would be responsible for partnering with the GRC leaders to drive key GRC initiatives and redefining the way the team currently does work by implementing program management standard methodologies across the organization that drive scale through innovation. Specific examples include the implementation of program reporting best practices, consistent utilization of Agile methodology across the team, and moving to service management delivery and tracking for all programs. Additional responsibilities include budget management, resource and capacity planning, and executive reporting.This role aligns the best practices of program management with GRC subject matter knowledge, while also requiring influence, partnership, and critical thinking to scale the organization. The individual should be comfortable leading a sophisticated portfolio of GRC programs with a wide breadth of stakeholders. The individual for this role should have a focus on scalable operations and innovation to challenge the status quo. Finally, the individual should be a force multiplier for the team working cross-functionally to deliver commitments.Required Skills:+ 5+ years of related Portfolio Management, Program Management, Product Management or equivalent experience+ 2+ years experience utilizing Agile development methodologies, including scrum and kanban implementations.+ GRC Experience (Governance, Risk, and Compliance)+ Ability to build relationships, influence, and empower people, instill accountability and get results+ Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills+ Strong analytical and process improvement skills+ Innovation mindset+ Service oriented attitude passionate about the needs of the customer+ Detail oriented with an eye for quality+ Agile, proactive, comfortable working with ambiguous specifications and can prioritize quickly and optimally+ Ability to tackle complex problems and understand complex ecosystems+ Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast -paced environment where you must take on multiple responsibilities and do what it takes to get things done.Desired skills for this role, but not required:+ Industry certifications in program management (eg PMP, Agile Scrum Master)+ Industry certifications in security are a plus (eg, CRISC, CISSP, CCIE, CISM, CISA, CCSK)+ Hands on development experience is a plus+ Experience with GRC tools (MetricStream, Archer, ServiceNow, etc.)+ Requires relevant BA/BS degree+ Knowledge of, or experience working with, Cloud technologies/environments is a plus+ Salesforce Admin is a plus**Accommodations**If you require assistance due to a disability applying for open positions please submit a request via this Accommodations Request Form (https://careers.mail.salesforce.com/accommodations-request-form) .**Posting Statement**At Salesforce we believe that the business of business is to improve the state of our world.
