To qualify for a Management and Program Analyst, your resume and supporting documentation must support:

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-12 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Responsibilities
- Please note, during the COVID-19 Pandemic, the Agency is operating in a maximum telework posture for all telework ready employees occupying a telework eligible position.
- Provides Manpower/Personnel support to the DLA Aviation civilian workforce in various resource support programs including administrative, personnel and manpower support, onboarding, travel, security and budget.
- Projects and computes manpower requirements by utilizing knowledge of organization and staffing, Special Purpose Data (SPD) engineered standards, Activity Based Costing (ABC) and sales/non demand based workload forecasts.
- Assists the Director/Deputy Director in developing staffing requirements and personnel funding and hiring phasing requirements.
- Coordinates/implements programs/projects initiatives that provide data used by key management officials to make decisions regarding funding organization structure, cost economies/efficiencies and management practices/procedures.
- Prepares Business Operations submissions for annual and multi-year planning, programming and budgeting documents.
