Responsibilities

As a LEAD MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST (Curriculum and Policy) at the GS-0343-14 some of your typical work assignments may include:
  • Leading, planning, collaborating, establishing and executing transition and reintegration curricula and program policies essential to the operation of the TAP and YRRP missions, curricula development / implementation, impacting transition and reintegration operations throughout the Department of Defense (DoD).
  • Performs a broad range of duties related to policy and legislation development/implementation; curriculum development and editing, TAP and YRRP program management and provides coordination and synchronization of efforts between the staff of both programs based upon goals, objectives and requirements established by legislation, TAP Governance structure, ASD-M&RA, and DHRA.
  • Anticipates and addresses changes in the strategic environment and seeks out new developments and technologies in the education field that affects the organization's curricula and program operations.
  • Provides advice and establishes policy on broad educational requirements, strategic training plans, guidelines for curriculum development, and instructional programs to meet the organization's mission, goals, and objectives.

Qualifications

You may qualify at the GS-14, if you fulfill the following qualifications:

A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service:
  • Development, implementation and delivery of in-person and virtual curriculum across the transition assistance enterprise.
  • Provides advice and establishes policy on broad educational requirements, strategic training plans, guidelines for curriculum development, and instructional programs.
  • Ensure technical accuracy and consistency of final products threw written and oral communications with emphasis on ability to prepare, articulate and present views, and findings.
  • Experience leading a Yellow Ribbon Program.
