As a critical member of the HR team, the HR Business Partner (HRBP) partners with managers to facilitate a positive team member experience, building team member capability, while aligning HR objectives with business goals. The HRBP collaborates with managers to develop business objectives and align people practices delivering on business results. The HRBP builds a strong consultative relationship with managers, possesses excellent communication skills and strong business acumen.
