Administrative Assistant - Human ResourcesOM Group, Inc., recently voted Top Work Places 2021 in Washington, DC Area is a fast-growing Microsoft Azure and AWS Partner delivering full-stack cloud services for Federal & DoD clients. OM Group is seeking to hire a highly motivated individual as an Administrative Assistant for our Human Resources Department. This position will be on-site in our corporate office in Reston, VA.ResponsibilitiesAssist recruiting with sourcing and interview scheduling as neededAssist in new hire onboarding by sharing information packets, reviewing company policies, gathering withholding and other payroll information, explaining benefit programs and company policies, and obtaining signatures for documents and turning them in to the HR director.Coordinating logistics for new hire orientations including equipment and email assignmentsAssist HR in coordinating management-employee communicationsAssist HR by preparing policy/forms templatesWork with HR in keeping rosters and tracking sheets updatedTracking office supplies including managing inventory of equipment and efficient ordering.Receive guests at front door in a friendly and helpful manner.Manage badge access system to include the creation of badges, removal of badge access, and entry into the building.Maintain any existing or newly required paperwork (print, file, organize) as needed.Coordinating the conference room schedule and managing appointments & meetingsHelp in coordinating work travel bookings for employees.Work collaboratively with the Marketing and PR team.Other assigned tasks as neededQualifications for the Administrative Assistant:High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field preferredProficiency with Word and ExcelMust be very organized with good time management and strong communication skillsFamiliarity with office management proceduresBeing social media savvy is a plus to help with PR and Marketing effortsExcellent attention to detail
