Your efforts will enable the team to analyze or report on business performance, solve business questions, or inform business decisions.THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKEThe Financial Planning and Analysis - Senior Associate or Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:Performing budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reportingAnalyzing data to inform strategic business decisionsPreparing management and board reportingInfluencing business decisions and outcomesQualificationsTHE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAMMinimum Required ExperiencesFor Associate Level: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceFor Senior Associate level: 1 - 2 years of related experienceDesired ExperiencesSkillsWorking with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goalThe group of skills related to Business Insight including advising, vetting business models, interpreting customer and market insights, forecasting, benchmarking, etc.Experience evaluating businesses, projects, budgets, and other financial entities or instruments to determine viability, stability, and performanceExperience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questionsThe group of skills related to Relationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.Skilled in the graphical representation of information in the form of a charts, diagrams, pictures, and dashboards with programs and tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BIAdept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completionExperience in the process of analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions about the dataThe group of skills related to Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflictSkilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understandExperience forecasting, predicting, and monitoring financials with a focus on ratios, equities, and debtsToolsSkilled in ExcelSkilled in TableauExperience in SQL a plusAdditional InformationThe future is what you make it to be.
