We provide a solid, friendly work environment for our employees and we are seeking a skilled Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in North Bethesda, Maryland.Please note: flexible work from home options are available temporarily due to the ongoing pandemic.Job Responsibilities:The primary role of the Full-Charge Bookkeeper is to maintain financial records, general ledger, accounts payables and accounts receivables.Some of the day-to-day responsibilities will include:Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions in a timely manner while ensuring accuracy. Perform bank reconciliations. Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, including credit card transactions and check requests; verifying accuracy gainst established contracts and agreements.
