Come join the fun!ABOUT THE ROLE"A' A$ A' A' Truebill is growing and we are looking for a self-motivated AP Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accounts payable operations and related supporting documentation.In this role, you'll:Manage accounts payable using accounting software and other programsOwn AP Aging managementEnsure up to date vendor filesReconcile monthly credit card statementsMatch purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges between our different platformsSupport Month-End ClosingPerform AP functions including accurate and timely recording of payables transactions and payments to vendors; doing weekly check runs, establishment of month and quarter-end timelines and deadlines; and maintenance of AP vendor filesMonitor payment process ensuring appropriate approval authority, general ledger coding, and compliance with company internal controls, policies and proceduresPerform other duties and special projects as neededABOUT YOU2+ years of accounting experienceBachelors and/or master's degree in Accounting/ Economics, or BusinessComputer skills with strong emphasis on Excel (Intermediate level and other Microsoft Suite programsExtreme attention to detail and accuracyStrong analytical skillsGood listening and communication skillsTeam Player - willing to assist as neededCan work independently to complete assigned tasksproficient with NetSuite is a plusWE OFFERHealth, Dental & Vision PlansCompetitive PayEquityMatching 401kUnlimited PTOLunch dailySnacks, Kombucha & Coffee on tapCommuter benefitsTruebill, Inc. is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
