Located in the outskirts of Washington, DC, Reston Hospital Center is a 233-bed acute-care medical and surgical facility, located in the vibrant Town Center of Reston, known for its lively mix of restaurants, shops, and services. We are a HCA (Hospital Corporation of America) facility making it a very secure and reputable facility to work with. HCA is one of the largest healthcare systems throughout the US, where healthcare employment opportunities are almost endless!Works with the Division Marketing & Communications team to develop communication strategies/plans related to product lines, facility concerns and issues for the hospital, outpatient facilities, and physicians. Responsible for implementing internal and external marketing plans at the facility level. Initiates and manages special projects and assignments with other marketing team members as needed, cross-selling product lines as appropriate. Works with other departments as needed. Other projects as assigned by Facility CEO and AVP of Marketing.Major Responsibilities:In collaboration with Division Marketing team, communicates Division and marketing initiatives to key stakeholders including: hospital leadership, service line directors, hospital board of directors, and physicians.Works in partnership with Human Resources to develop and implement internal communications strategy for facilities.Sits on the hospital administration team, providing guidance on marketing and communications strategies and business initiatives in concert with the Division marketing strategy.Implements marketing tactics for key service lines to include content, social media, email, events, videos, collateral materials, etc. to support marketing strategy.Tracks and reports campaign results and uses information to make suggestions in campaign improvements to Division Marketing team.Works with facility team to pitch positive stories to garner positive media coverage for facility and provides information as needed for crisis communication and routine internal communications.Analyzes business growth related to marketing strategies and makes suggestions to adjust marketing plans as dictated by financial/market indicators.Monitors, responds, and reports out on facility reputation management.Researches and acts upon cross-selling opportunities within the Division Marketing team.Continually monitors competitor activity including, but not limited to: product line strategy, social media activity, and earned media activity.Collaborates with Physician Services Group Marketing, Physician, and other Market Marketing Directors as appropriate to fulfill facility business goals and objectives.Serves as support for Business Development team regarding physician programs and skill development - PR, Marketing.Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) is a leading healthcare provider with over 31.2 million patient encounters a year at locations in 21 states including the UK. Demonstrated leadership, management, and communications skills. Ability to analyze market research data.
