Under the direction of the Talent Director, the Talent Coordinator plays an integral role in the success of the day-to-day Talent operations. The Talent Coordinator will provide timely, accurate support in the administration of standard talent processes, assist with the streamline process and document processes that improve the overall talent function, and ultimately the employee experience. This role supports and works in all areas of talent management such as the warehousing of up to date employee information, sourcing and screening candidates and applicants, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee engagement in addition of assisting with special projects from time to time.Recruitment:Responsible for screening talent under the supervision of the Talent DirectorPosting of requisitions in the Applicant Tracking SystemAssists with promoting job opportunities via social media and finds creative way to source top qualified candidates in partnership with Marketing department, Talent Director, and Hiring ManagersWorking with hiring managers to screen and evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications; coordinating applicant interviews; and facilitating any follow-upSourcing candidates leveraging social media platforms, employee referrals, and networkingUpdate candidate records via company Applicant Tracking System to maintain current accurate informationAssist with ensuring excellent candidate experience for all candidates (timely follow up, and communication through all steps of the recruitment process)Phone screening candidates, coordinating interviews with hiring teams as well as collecting feedback from hiring team in timely manner in an effort to drive a best in class recruitment processBenefit Administration:Serves as the Subject Matter Expert for benefit administration for employees, and assists in annual open enrollment and FLSA renewals, group benefit programs to include medical, dental, vision, group life, short- and long-term disability, 401k and other related benefit programs.Supports benefit administration including general inquiries from current employees, and communication with plan providersAdministers new hire benefit enrollment process, ensures all appropriate paperwork is complete and coordinates with and provides timely support to payroll/finance team as appropriate.Administers and process all FMLA requests.Generalist Duties:Administrates the standard Talent processes on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis within assigned timelines and key milestones.Completes special projects as assigned and requested by Talent Director, to include clarifying project objective; within set timelines and schedules; conducting research; developing and organizing information.Maintains/updates Human Resource Information within designated platforms.Assists managers with basic questions concerning human resources policies and procedures - escalating to Talent Director when necessary.Assist with the coordination and organizing of employee engagement activities and events.Maintains a positive attitude and welcoming atmosphere for all employees and assists with questions, concerns, and issues - escalates to Talent Director when necessaryAssists with and coordinates tasks associated with Employment Relations matters on an as needed bases determined by Talent DirectorMaintains a current understanding of the general human resources compliance.Requirements:Preference will be given to applicants meeting the following qualifications:Proficiency with various applicant tracking systems or human resource information systems (PeopleSoft, JazzHR, Bamboo, Taleo, UltiPro, WorkDay etc),HIGHLY proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Access, PowerPoint).Bachelor's Degree, Preferred Or Relevant HR Work ExperienceSolid verbal and written communication skillsExperience working in small and large companies - and extremely fast paced environments with a broad range of Human Resource needs that can change rapidly (knows how to prioritize, escalate, and time manage).Equestrians highly preferredPowered by JazzHRQFoSWsycLg
