Recruiter Responsibilities Partners with hiring manager to determine staffing needs and job descriptionsInitiate requisitions in the system and determine where to post based on skill and positionFull life cycle recruiting to include sourcing through offer stageConduct reference checks as neededAdvise management on industry, salary and employment offers for both exempt and non-exempt positionsCaptures and manages all candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Uses traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates such as job boards, social and professional networking, outreach, and diversity recruiting effortsAssist Recruiting Manager to develop new and innovative recruiting campaigns and brandingServe as back up for offer lettersConsistent and timely follow up with hiring managers on all recruiting activityDevelops and maintain an excellent relationship with hiring managers and employees to ensure achievement of staffing goalsCommunicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers (ie benefits, compensation, bonus eligibility, etc)Works with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulationsAssists in the new hire onboarding process by providing hire dataEnsures EEO/OFCCP fair hiring practice complianceAssists in collection and compilation of recruiting metrics for the Recruiting ManagerQualifications2+ years Technical Recruiting experience in Construction or Government Contracting preferredBachelors degreeExperience in full life cycle recruitingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be a chameleon and work with all different personality typesExperience working with Applicant Tracking SystemsProven experience and usage of Boolean logicExperience with using MS Excel and Word productsHITT Contracting, Inc. is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment.
