Jiffy Lube Customer Service AdvisorBlauvelt Group Jiffy Lubes are focused on providing high end customer service by understanding our customers and their vehicles. Our customer service advisors are the front line in treating customers with respect and integrity while reviewing manufacturer recommendations along with any diagnosed suggested repairs from our service technicians.Customer Service Advisor Job Responsibilities:Initiates automotive services and repairs by ascertaining performance problems and services requested.Verifies warranty and service contract coverage, developing estimates, writing repair orders, and maintaining customer rapport and records.Determine Customer vehicle needs by listening to performance issues, checking vehicle maintenance records, and examining service schedules.Develops estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor.Use the Jiffy Lube Computer system to relate vehicle inspection results.Maintains customer rapport by explaining estimates and time needed to complete, obtaining customer's approval of estimates, obtaining and providing contact information, answering questions and concerns,Maintains automotive records by recording problems and corrective actions planned.Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading manufacturers' publications.Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.Complete all areas of Jiffy Lube computer based and hands on training to understand all aspects of the services being offeredBlauvelt Group Jiffy Lubes will provide paid time to complete training and also pay for occasional offsite training and education.
